I received some items from Sensitive Sweets to try and all opinions are my own. Sensitive Sweets is a dedicated gluten-free and nut-free bakery and facility. All of their freshly baked bread, cookies, cupcakes, and custom cakes are allergy-friendly (FREE of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts). For the holidays they even make Allergy-Friendly Gingerbread Houses and I have one to GIVE AWAY at the end of this review!
What really intrigued me when I found their website were their Easy Cakes! Since most schools require things be nut free and not home made, these would make perfect birthday treats for kids with food allergies! They freeze well for 3 months and are convenient to have on hand to grab and go. The Tuxedo Easy Cake was very good: The frosting wasn't too sweet and the cake was super soft! The Chocolate Chip Cookie was nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle. I am usually not a fan of Gingerbread Men because I don't like Ginger or Cloves, but their Gingerbread Man cookie didn't have an overpowering taste and was nice and soft, not crunchy at all. 
The Pizza Crust was definitely my favorite! It was fresh baked and super soft when it came. I personally like my pizza crust to be extra crunchy so I just baked it for a loooong time to make it extra crispy! We are dairy free as well and I have found that the only way to really melt DF cheese well is to broil it...so I baked the crust, topped it, broiled the cheese (covering the edges of the pizza crust with foil to prevent burning) and then baked some more. The result was a yummy, crunchy thin crust pizza! You could also use it to make a flat bread melt!Click LIKE above and then
