West Meadow Beach Pavilion- 10 a.m. Cedar Beach Nature Center- 2 p.m.
Join us as we see our overwintering friends with their fluffy feathers. These remarkable creatures can retain their body heat as they eat all day to maintain speedy metabolisms. Bring binoculars and dress appropriately.
All programs are FREE but registration is required. E-mail npocchiare@brookhavenny.gov to make your reservation. Please use the name and date of program as the e-mail subject. Provide your name, phone number, number of people planning to attend, and ages of children in the e-mail. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Programs will be canceled if inclement weather.
