When is the Seafood Festival?
The Seafood Festival is always the third weekend in August. The 2023 dates are:
Saturday August 19th, 11:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday August 20th, 11:00am to 6:00pm
Where is the festival held?
The festival is held on the grounds of The Long Island Maritime Museum, located at 88 West Ave. There is NO public parking on the festival grounds.
What is the entry fee? What is included?
The entry fee includes: free off-site parking, shuttle buses to and from the festival, and all entertainment.
General Admission(Tickets purchased at the gate): $10.00 per person
Children younger than 12: Free
- Dates & Timing: The festival takes place on the third weekend in August, specifically on Saturday, August 19th and Sunday, August 20th, from 11:00am to 6:00pm on both days.
- Affordable Entry: The entry fee for general admission (when tickets are purchased at the gate) is $10.00 per person. Children under the age of 12 are admitted for free. The entry fee also covers free off-site parking, shuttle buses to and from the festival, and all entertainment.

- Dining Options: As expected, there are ample food and drink options available for both seafood enthusiasts and those who prefer other kinds of food.
- Maritime History: Attendees can also experience a piece of maritime history by visiting the museum's 1888 Oyster Sloop Priscilla, a National Historic landmark.

- Free Shuttle Service: To ensure convenience for attendees, there's a free shuttle bus service from the Baymen Soccer Field parking lot and the Sayville Station to the festival.
